Gaggan was great and the whole team were amazing.  I felt that everything was handled very professionally at all times and everyone was very supportive.  My expectations were managed well and I was never given any false hope of what could be achieved.  Every time a thought popped into my head about what was going on, I would receive a call or email that day, almost telepathic.  At no point did I feel let down or pushed.  The way in which my case was handled was perfect, I was impressed with everyone I dealt with.
