Louise is a Partner and the Head of Human Resources. She is responsible for delivering the people strategy that supports the overall business strategy. She works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Rhicha Kapila, the practice management team, and the wider firm to make BBK a great place to work.
Our people are what make BBK so special, and Louise and her team, along with the wider Partnership, work hard to create a happy and stimulating place to work. Louise’s remit is to create an exciting and rewarding work environment, that celebrates the incredible legal skills BBK provide to its clients. She and her team support the career development of the staff, whilst also ensuring the legal and compliance elements of employment are met.
The firm offer many staff initiatives and events in addition to our work benefits ranging from wellbeing workshops, charitable partnerships, clubs and learning and development. Louise and her team coordinate these events, providing a full range throughout the year.
Louise joined BBK in late 2022, bringing over 20 years experience working with professional services firms and was made a Partner in 2025. She is a CIPD member and passionate about making BBK an employer of choice.
