Olivia joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in April 2022 as a personal injury paralegal. She completed her training contract at BBK and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2025.
Olivia is currently in the Personal Injury team, working on a wide variety of cases including accidents at work and road traffic accidents. Since starting at BBK, she has worked on fatal claims and claims involving amputation injuries. She aspires to build a career working with people who have suffered serious injuries.
Olivia endeavours to support clients and their families through difficult and stressful times. This includes supporting a client at a joint settlement meeting and achieving a positive settlement which provided closure following a challenging chapter of their life.
Olivia previously worked as a paralegal working on untraced and uninsured road traffic accidents as well as on Criminal Injuries Compensation Awards (CICA) claims. This previous experience highlighted Olivia’s drive to make a difference to the lives of those who have been injured as a result of negligence. Olivia strives to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients and takes pride in being professional but at the same time approachable.
Olivia has taken part in various charity events including a walking marathon in aid of breast cancer research and hosting a quiz night to support her local hospice. Olivia is currently volunteering with Guide Dogs as a Puppy Raiser to help provide life-changing support for people with sight loss.
Olivia achieved a 1st Class honours degree in Law from Oxford Brookes University and obtained a Distinction grade in her LLM Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
