Samiha joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in June 2024 as a paralegal in Legal Costs, working in Sam Hayman’s team. In her role, she is responsible for preparing bills of costs, applications for payments on account and points of reply.
Samiha worked as a Legal Administrator at a leading personal injury Barristers’ set, where her interest in personal injury and medical negligence work begun. The skills that Samiha gained have prepared her well for providing excellent client care and support.
Samiha graduated with a 2:1 from London Metropolitan University with a degree in Law and then completed her LLM where she achieved a Distinction from Queen Mary University of London.
Alongside studying, Samiha volunteered at several free legal advice community centres. She has always shown an interest in helping vulnerable clients and is committed to improving access to justice. These experiences have informed Samiha’s passion to help achieve the best outcome for claimants.
