Siobhan is a Solicitor in the military claims team. She joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in October 2020 as a paralegal in the military claims team and secured a training contract in October 2023. During her training contract, Siobhan gained invaluable experience in our Brain Injury and Medical Negligence teams.
Siobhan qualified as a solicitor in April 2025 where she works to help seriously injured service personnel to secure compensation and recover from their injuries. She has experience in helping to achieve compensation for those who have been injured both physically and psychiatrically during their service. She enjoys working with service personnel and getting to grips with the unique challenges they face after suffering an injury. Siobhan also has experience in working on claims where negligence has sadly resulted in loss of life and has experience in supporting families at inquests.
Prior to starting at BBK, Siobhan studied Law with French at the University of Sussex and graduated in 2015. During her degree she spent one year studying in Brussels. After obtaining her law degree, Siobhan took some time out to travel and spent time living in Australia and New Zealand before returning to the UK to pursue her legal career.
Siobhan enjoys working in a client facing role and achieving the best results for her clients. Her ambition to pursue legal work where she could make a positive impact on people’s lives led her to finding a role at BBK, where she enjoys putting her energy into making a difference to the lives of injured people. Siobhan prides herself on her friendly and approachable nature and is willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.
